Aaron Overhead Doors is seeking a very ambitious and experienced individual to join our team as a Location Owner. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of garage door industry experience, either in a leadership role or as an owner of their own company, who wants to partner with a fast-growing and supportive organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a new location following the Aaron Overhead Door way.
• Collaborate with our team to understand our processes and standards over a one-year period.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize our extensive support network including marketing, HR, phone answering services, and legal assistance.
• Benefit from our strong buying power for parts, motors, and doors from top manufacturers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the garage door industry.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and operations.
• Strong ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive market.
• Willingness to learn and adopt the Aaron Overhead Door way .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000
