Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Gaylord, MI - AAS Locum Tenens : Job Details

We are seeking a qualified Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Gaylord, MI. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in various surgical and procedural settings. The CRNAwill administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures, perform pre-anesthesia assessments, and develop anesthesia plans in collaboration with surgical teams. They will ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process, manage anesthesia equipment and medications, and respond to emergency situations providing critical care as needed. Accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR) is also required. The schedule is weekday shifts are from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with a 30-minute lunch, or from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Weekend call coverage is required from Friday at either 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM through to Monday at 7:00 AM. Additionally, on-call coverage from Monday through Thursday is required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day. Qualifications: Active Michigan License Required. Board Certified COVID Vaccination Required BLS/ACLS Certification Required Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
