Locum - NPPA - Surgery - Vascular Suffolk VA - Della Infotech : Job Details

Bon Secours Vein and Vascular is looking for a Locum or Locum to Perm NP or PA Vascular Surgery for coverage to fill gaps in the schedule! Job Details:

• Dates of Coverage: 3 days/week ongoing through 2025

• Reason for Coverage: need coverage for busy clinic

• Practice Setting: office based only, no hospital coverage

• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20

• Documentation System/EMR: Epic

• APP will be working autonomously.

• There will be a supervising Physician present during assignment.

• Patient Age Demographic: adult and geriatric
• Number of Operating Rooms: 2 CVT / 6 main OR

Required Duties: Pre-Op Physical Exams, Suture Removal, Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Tests, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of CareEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 daysTravel Reimbursement Information:

• Lodging: ~BR50/night
• All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates

Requirement description :

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP NCCPA) - REQUIRED
• Active VA License - REQUIRED; no exceptions
• BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
• MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 DAYS/WEEK
• CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED
• NO NEW GRADS; no exceptions
• COI coverage of BRM/BRM (VA statute limitations) - Required, if requested by the facility
