Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Hardeeville, SC - LocumTenens.com : Job Details

A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in Hardeeville, South Carolina.This position involves coverage one week per month with possible shifts including 7a-3p (10 hours) and 24-hour call. Call responsibilities include both beeper and call-back. The facility has 4 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, and OB services, handling standard cases with infrequent pediatrics, and no hearts or neuro. OB volume is approximately 800 annually, with CRNAs performing epidurals. The EMR system is Cerner, but anesthesia documentation is done on paper. Cases start at 7:30 am, and locums are required to arrive by 7:00 am to prepare.
