• Board Certified Anesthesiology
• Starts upon credentialing
• M-F; 6:30A-4:30P; at least one week per month ongoing
• Comprehensive spine injections and occasional large joint
• Active IL license or IMLC & DEA Required
• EMR: Epic
• Level 1 Trauma
