Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Williamsport, PA - AAS Locum Tenens : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Anesthesia Physician to join our team for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Williamsport, PA. This position is based at a Level II trauma center and requires proficiency in managing a variety of cases, including cardiac, obstetrics, pediatrics, and general anesthesia.This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, with day shifts running Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30 AM and lasting for 9 hours. In addition to the day shifts, in-house call coverage is required during the evenings and weekends. Weekday call hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, while weekend shifts can be either 24 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) or divided into 12-hour segments (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). An additional backup call physician is always available for support.Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be Board Eligible within three years of residency).
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC letter in hand (highly preferred).
• Active DEA license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
