**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Anesthesiology**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 hours per week**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Not specified**License:** Minimum Board Certification Eligible**Certifications:** - ACLS - ATLS - BLS - PALS **Must-Have:** Board Certification in Anesthesiology required**Job Description:**- Provide anesthesiology services in a trauma level 2 facility.- Perform general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma anesthesia.- Administer spinal and epidural anesthesia, including surgery and obstetrical cases.- Manage neurosurgical cases involving the head and spine.- Conduct thoracic procedures (excluding open heart) and complex vascular and orthopedic cases.- Utilize pain management techniques, including postoperative epidural and extremity blocks.- Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions using x-ray guidance.- Oversee ventilation management and evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues.- Conduct central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placements.- Supervise CRNAs.- Handle patient encounters as required, with specifics to be determined. - Participate in a comprehensive orientation of 250 hours.- Work with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days.
