· Monday – Friday 7a-3p

· On Call/Pager Hours: 3p-7a (not in-house, but must be within 20 minutes arrival time)

· Supervision: As needed

· Types of cases: IR patient ANEs care, ICU-cardioversion & TEE, RAD sedation, CT Scan sedation, Floor/ED IV -starts-ultrasound, ER Trauma coverage, Sedation, Intubation, Central Lines/Arterial Placement, Diagnostics, Lumbar Puncture, Regional Blocks completed in holding area/PACU, Pre-Op clinic (5-10% patients need complex criteria due to Med Hx), Respond to Emergency Medical Responses as part of the Response Team Activation

Required:

· Wisconsin License; active and unrestricted

· Board Certified

· Call: Yes, TBD

· Procedures: MAC, General Anesthesia, Emergent and Elective, Intubations, IV placement, A-Line placement, Manage airways in codes,

· Equipment: Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines, Omnicell Medication Dispensing

· Case 2-10/shift

· Location 2

· Full-time coverage, if possible

· Schedule: 7a-5p (variable based on call/hospital vs ASC),

· Both Hospital OR and ASC

· Call: Yes, TBD

· Procedures: OB, Ortho, Cardio, GI, Uro, some Peds

· Regional Blocks, supervision, and own cases

· Required:

· WI License; active and unrestricted

· Board Certified/ANES

· No Pending Malpractice
