Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Specialty: ED Physicians

• Position Open: 1

• Shift: 8a-8p

• Schedule Days for Clinic/Hospital: 7 days a week

• Number of patients seen per day in the clinic: average of 30

• What support staff is available: ED Physicians/ ED RN

• Inpatient/Outpatient: Both

• Type of Charting/EMR: Meditech

• Is fellowship required: NO

• How long does Credentialing Take: 30 days/as fast as provider can submit required documents

• Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes, in needed situations

• Travel and Lodging: YES if needed

• Average number of Admissions per shift: 3 per day

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted MI license

• Certifications Required/Accepted: Board Certified

• Certification Requirements ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

• Active DEA

• Immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
