**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Emergency Medicine**Job Duration:** 13 weeks**Shift:** Varied days: 7 am - 7 pm; nights 7 pm - 7 am**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified**Experience:** Minimum 250 case logs in the last year**License:** Active North Dakota license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact required**Certifications:** ACLS, PALS, ATLS, Board Certified, DEA**Must-Have:**- Must be comfortable with all ages- Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management, OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation)**Job Description:**- Provide ongoing emergency medicine coverage with no gaps- Work alongside other physicians and mid-level assistance from APPs during peak hours- Manage an average of 1.5-2 patients per hour- Ability to work with EMR - Meditech- Deliver high-quality care in a critical access hospital with extensive support staff- Must meet credentialing requirements within a timeline of 4 weeks or shorter- Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels (preferred hotels highlighted), and rental cars- Local candidates preferred- Mid-levels work 12 hours a day, 10 am - 10 pm, with two APPs on Mondays due to higher census
