PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate, and NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II.Certifications: BLS requiredMust-Have: - Credentialing takes 30-90 days- Board Certification required- Immunizations required: Flu Vaccine for 2022-2023, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization Job Description:- Candidate CVs must include month and date on their work experience with all employment gaps accounted for.- Chart closures must be completed within 72 hours.- Schedule involves treating 18 patients per day (minimum).- Mix of pediatric and adult patients.- Facility decision typically made within 7-14 days.- Requires specialty skills, including family medicine, gynecology, well-woman care, and IUD insertion/removal.- Pediatric care preferred: newborn (birth-30 days), infant (30 days - 1 year), toddler (1-2 years), child (3-13 years), and adolescent (13-18 years).- General outpatient care preferred.
