- Schedule: 7a-7a - 24 hour shifts
- Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/month
- Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries.
- Call is 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases.
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. - FMOBs - 100 C-Sections and 50 Deliveries minimum.
- Census: Patient population, Adult, Adolescent; Number of beds, 10; Admissions, Clinic 16-25; inpatient 3-6
- Additional Info: NICU available staffed with neonatal nurse practitioner with tele-neonatologist back-up. Level 2
- 50 births a year.
- Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted KS License
- Active AHA BLS certifications
- Active DEA
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
