Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Specialty: MD/DO Family Medicine

• Positions Open: 1

• Setting: Clinic Patients

• Daily Responsibilities: Adult and Child Population, Likely main focus on paneled patients, Chronic Disease Management (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure), Outpatient Primary Care (e.g., flu, colds, sickness), Handle own in-basket (emails, follow-ups)

• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Alternatively, 4x10 per week (8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with variable day off)

• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call

• PPD/Census: Estimated 3 patients per hour, Estimated 22-24 patients per 8-hour day

• EMR: EPIC

• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 days upon application submission

• Licensing Candidates Considered: No

• Telemedicine: No (provider may handle some telemedicine patients, but not many)

• Telemedicine Onsite: Yes

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA license

• Board Certified in Family Medicine

• Certification Requirements ACLS, BLS

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background

• Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster or declination
