• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call, Flexible
• 22 - 25 patients per day, must see all ages
• Able to perform basic women's health needs (well woman exam) and refer out to OBGYN as needed
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
