• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
• Average of 5 - 10 patients per day
• Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
