**Job Title:** Locum Physician**Job Specialty:** Complex General Surgical Oncology - Breast Surgery**Job Duration:** 13 Months (Starting February 2025)**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm**Guaranteed Hours:** 8 Hours per Shift**Experience:** Extensive breast surgery experience required; at least 100 breast surgeries in the past two years**License:** Board Certified Physicians Required**Certifications:** BLS Required**Must-Have:** Fellowship-trained breast surgeon or a general surgeon with extensive breast experience**Job Description:**- Perform oncology breast surgeries, including mastectomies and lumpectomies- Participate in joint oncoplastic surgeries- Conduct sentinel node biopsy and axillary dissection- Possess knowledge of high-risk and benign breast diseases, as well as survivorship- Work in a clinic setting, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm- Flexible OR time depending on availability- Manage night call responsibilities, typically via beeper- Handle approximately 12-15 patient encounters per shift Join us in providing exceptional care for breast surgery patients and become part of a dedicated medical team.
