Compensation – Negotiable

Requirements –

• • Board Certification Medical Oncology - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)
  • Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
  • Active BLS - Highly Preferred at credentialing
  • Candidate must be able to treat hematology patients - Required
  • Clean Malpractice/Background - Required

• 8a-4:30p
• Jan 21-22
• Jan 28-29

Duties

• Setting: Outpatient
• FTE: 0.01
• Days per month: Sporadic dates of coverage as the team needs
• Required Procedures: Hematology/Oncology, Chemotherapy Supervision, Chemotherapy Visits, Consults/New Patient Visits, Follow ups/Established Patient Visits
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: RN
