Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hospitalist in Tyler, TX - Delta Locum Tenens : Job Details

COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Pediatric Hospitalist (PEDHOSP)

• Starting in April, ongoing
• 3-4 shifts in a row per week
• 7a-7a (usually in-house 7a-5p)

POSITION DETAILS Pediatric Hospitalist (PEDHOSP)

• Location: East Texas
• Hospital Bed Size: 457
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Volume: They do normal newborns and pediatric patients. Peds: avg 7 pts per day, Newborn: avg 19 pts per day. But they also have at least 1 APC per day (busy days usually 2) and they usually have another doc come in and see normal newborns to help offload if the census is high.
• APP Support/Supervision: Yes
• EMR: Epic
• Client Requirement: Active TX, Board Certified, DEA
• Will pay full travel
