Description of required duties:Inpatient: See Job DescriptionPosition Description: LVPG NeurosurgeryRequirements: Board Certification in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.Duties Include:1. Full-time clinical practice as assigned.2. Non-clinical duties as assigned by the Chair and/or the Division Chief and can includemeetings grand rounds committee task force and special project participation.Responsibilities**:1. Abide by departmental LVPG and LVHN rules regulations and policies.2. Physician will be responsible to the Chair and the Division Chief for administrative andclinical matters of the medical practice subject to the bylaws rules and regulations andpolicies of LVPG and the Medical Staff of the Hospital.3. Other duties including but not limited to research and education as assigned by the Chairand/or the Chief of Neurosurgery.4. Supervise and educate medical trainees or other learners which may include medical studentsadvanced practice clinicians and residents/fellows and complete any associated administrativetasks as assigned by the Chair or their designee.** The responsibilities of neurosurgery physicians are subject to change based on the needs ofthe practice and department.· Outpatient: TBD2. Volume: Cedar Crest Level 1 Trauma Center Muhlenberg Level 2 Trauma also Comprehensive Stroke Center at Cedar Crest8. Location: Muhlenberg and Cedar Crest9.
