DATES NEEDED Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Neuro and PM&R)

• December or January-Ongoing
• Part-time to full-time depending on location

POSITION DETAILS Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Neuro and PM&R)

• No Treatment required
• One time evaluation for Traumatic Brain Injury
• Will spend 45 minutes per patient, will be solo
• Provider will need laptop to connect to Web- Based Document System, one can be provided if needed
• Any other required instruments will be onsite

• Any license will work
• Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Neuro and PM&R) needed
