• Outpatient Movement Disorders need

• Clinic primarily sees Parkinson's patients, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA license

• Certifications Required/Accepted: Board Certified

• Certification Requirements ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

• Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed. Botox administration is preferred but not required

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
