Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• MD/DO Neurology

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift Availability: Monday-Friday, 7A-5P

• Setting: Clinic

• Duties: New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB. etc.)

• Required Procedures: Minimal, Botox, ONB, etc.

• Patient Volume: 13-15 per day

• EMR: EPIC

• Support Staff: Established LPN or MA already in clinic

• EMR Required (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training. EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed before the provider's first day and is only available Mon-Fri for scheduling.

• Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Air Travel: Local is highly preferred

• Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 45-90 days

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA license Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

• Other Certifications – BLS, DEA

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• Clean Malpractice - Required

• Clean Background - Required
