Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Positions Open: 1

• Start date: March

• Shift: 24 hour call

• Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries

• Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures

• High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at the facility)

• Provider will be housed in hospital apartments adjacent to facility

• Hospitalist support staff, 24/7 on call Anesthesiology support, 24/7 on call Radiology support,

• Average 27 deliveries monthly with average of 11 C-Sections, 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum, census is typically 1-3 deliveries/24 hr period

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted NC License

• Board Certified or BE

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• NC DEA --NC Medicaid, NC Medicare/PECOS enrolled - required

• Actively delivering babies (must submit case logs for past 24 months)

• Must have at least 2 years recent experience

• Clean Malpractice

• Clean Background
