LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Idaho!About The PositionJob Title: PhysicianJob Specialty: OB/GYNJob Duration: Full-timeShift: Varied Traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekendsGuaranteed Hours: Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per weekExperience: Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited obstetrics gynecology residency programLicense: Idaho license or willing to obtainCertifications: Board Eligible to become Board Certified within 3 years of employment or Board Certified in OB/GYN, DEA, Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS)Must-Have:- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree- Clean malpractice license history- Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedulesJob Description:- Opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a rural-style practice with the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice.- Work in a new medical office building on the campus of a 100-bed community hospital.- Involvement in a 20-bed LDR unit with a spa-like atmosphere.- Strong network of primary care clinics and specialty care providers.- Access to resources including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncologist, a 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, and Emergency Department support.- On-call schedule and weekend schedule are 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs.- Average patient load is 20-25 patients per day.- Use of EPIC with Dax for documentation.- Only facility in certain counties providing OB/GYN care for infants at 36 weeks.- NICU team follows a family-centered approach with outcomes exceeding national benchmarks.- Not open to locum or candidates with lapsed Board Certifications.- Relocation assistance and benefits including Student Loan Repayment, PTO, CME Allocation, Malpractice Insurance (Incl.
