• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• BLS required
• 12 - 18 patients per day at clinic, 100 - 120 deliveries per year
• OB pager call and clinic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
