Job Details:

• Coverage: Ongoing

• Details:24 hour call (7a-7a) 4 shifts per month per locum
• Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III
• Positions open: 2
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including C-section
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: RN
• EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
• Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels provided - Reach out to Trio Operations to obtain the list of preferred hotels with a corporate rate. Air Travel: Local/drive-in candidates only - Highly preferred. Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.

• Admissions: 1 per day
• Do they have in-house anesthesia? Yes
• Number of deliveries per month? 30
• Is this covering an OB/GYN practice, backing up family practice or midwives? Yes for family practice, no midwives
• Site is unable to schedule providers more than 4 consecutive days for patient safety.
• Credentialing Information: 60 days temps / 120 days full
• Credentialing with other facilities? Yes
• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?: No

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CO License or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission)
• Board Certified OB/GYN - Required
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Candidate must be available to start in November 2024
• Must be willing and able to work 24 hour shifts
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
• No Air travel - Highly Preferred
• OB/GYN Residency – Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background – Required
