**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Otolaryngology**Job Duration:** 13 weeks (02/01/2025 - 06/01/2025)**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM - 40 Hours**Guaranteed Hours:** To be determined**Experience:** Minimum years of experience not specified**License:** Active state license required; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) considered**Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) required - Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) not required**Must-Have:** - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Fellowship required - Specialty skills in Otolaryngology preferred, including surgical and non-surgical procedures, endoscopic procedures, septal, sinus, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction, facial surgery, implants, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, complex head and neck, and general head and neck procedures**Job Description:** - Schedule hours for clinic/hospital: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Schedule days for clinic/hospital: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Call duties during weekends, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 7:00 AM the following day, covering both assigned and unassigned patients - Call response time required: 15-20 minutes - Inpatient and outpatient care for patients aged 18 and up - Charting/EMR: Athena / Cerner - Hospital is stroke certified - Rounding responsibilities include both assigned and unassigned patients - Travel and lodging accommodations provided - Credentialing timeframe: 120-180 days, with temporary privileges granted - Support staff: In-office staff available - Patient encounters per shift and admissions per shift: To be determined
