**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Hospice and Palliative Medicine**Job Duration:** 14 weeks**Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours per week**Guaranteed Hours:** 8 per day**Experience:** Minimum Board Certification Eligible**License:** Must be board certified**Certifications:** None required**Must-Have:** Fellowship in relevant specialty**Job Description:**- Seeking a full-time Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position.- Patient encounters per shift are approximately 6-10.- Orientation hours total to 178.7 hours.- The department has a Level 4 trauma status.- Pediatric-level service is not available.- Requires temporary privileges with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 30 days.- Long-term housing should be pre-approved.- Lodging recommendations are available as needed.Note: Please ensure all credentialing requirements are met before the start of the assignment.
