Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Physical Medicine in Illinois - LocumTenens.com : Job Details

A hospital-affiliated clinic and surgery center is seeking a pain medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in Illinois.The current provider sees up to 30 in the office two days a week and does approximately 25 to 28 procedures in the surgery center two days per week. The current patient population is primarily focused on thoracic/lumbar pain, cervical pain, and sacroiliac joint pain. The primary procedures currently performed are epidural steroid injections, SI joint injections, medial branch blocks (in preparation for RF), and radiofrequency ablation in all spine regions. This clinic also does a handful of spinal cord stimulator trials and referrals for the final implantation at neurosurgery. All procedures are done under fluoroscopy.
