• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Lumbar and cervical epidurals, lumbar transforaminal epidurals, lumbar, cervical, and knee MBB/RFA
• 15 - 20 patients per day during procedures days depending on experience
• SI joints would also be required
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
