All Star Healthcare Solutions is contracted with a facility in Arizona seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for Locums Coverage starting in May.

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Clinic, scheduled OR and Call
• Looking for 1-2 Urologists to fill a full time need until a permanet fixture is secured
• Arizona Licensed or IMLC
• Level IV
