Will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified. - Familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardio conditions required. - Use of Goniometer required. - Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). - Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion-no narrative report. The end product is the completion of standardized forms. - Evaluations to be completed through the provider portal. - Record review required in most cases. - Follow-up administrative work required regularly (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics). - Provider to receive and complete VA required DMA certifications and New Provider Orientation Materials as part of the training process. - Once established and if willing, providers may be asked to travel to other areas to assist with cases. Travel expenses reimbursed per guidelines.
