Job Details:• Coverage: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025• Site is looking to award candidate 40-50 hrs per week.• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 0700 - 1700.• Level 3 trauma facility• case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro).• Medically supervised, care team model.• CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. The team also provides OB coverage, but locums aren't usually assigned to OB.• No Call• EMR: Epic• Credentialing timeframe: 45-90 daysRequirements:• Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC• Active AHA ACLS certifications• Minimum 3 years of experience• Board Certified• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
