• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 1 - 2 cases per day
• Coronary artery bypass, ascending aortic aneurysm, bicuspid aortic valve
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
