• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Days, Nights, Swings, 12-hour shifts
• ACLS and ATLS required
• 8 - 10 patients per day, must see adult & geriatric
• Surgical not needed but would be helpful if they are experienced in helping in OR
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
