• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off
• ATLS and ACLS required
• 36 bed SICU/TICU combined & split between 2 providers
• Level 1 trauma (100% non-surgical) & must be experienced with placing wires and chest tubes
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
