• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
• ACLS and BLS required and provider must have 2 - 3 yrs of experience
• 21 - 25 patients per day
• Laceration repair, splinting, I&D, pap smear, eye injury w/ proficiency in EPIC required
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
