Provide friendly and helpful service to hotel guests.Essential Functions of the position:

• Attending Pre-shift meetings to learn daily room assignments and the day's tasks.
• Stocking Housekeeping Carts with cleaning supplies, fresh linen and terry, and amenities.
• Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, sterilizing and restocking guest rooms.
• Removing all soiled linen, terry, and trash from guest rooms.
• Ensuring everything is in working order, and reporting when something is broken or malfunctioning.
• Responding to guest requests and reporting guest issues in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report missing articles, damage or mechanical problems, and turning in articles left in rooms.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Very friendly and guest service orientated.
• Assist in laundry
