Job Title: Logistics Professionals (Specialist, Assistant Manager, & Manager)

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Position

Starting Pay: Specialist ($45,000.00)

Assistant Manager ($60,000.00)

Manager ($75,000.00)

Responsibilities:

Specialist:

  • Assist in monitoring logistics operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain a safe work environment ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing supplier quotes, researching potential suppliers, and developing relationships.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Assistant Manager:

  • Monitor and enhance VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) operations in coordination with 3PL, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely responses to customer issues.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts among departments and team members to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Manager:

  • Supervise daily floor operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and storage processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, streamline operations, and achieve KPI targets in collaboration with 3PL partners.
  • Prepare and manage operating reports and budgets, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Korean (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), procurement, supply chain, and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Years of relevant experience: Specialist (0-2 years), Assistant M. (2-5 years), Manager (5+ years).
  • KOR/ENG bilingual preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work.
