Logistics Account Manager - Hogan : Job Details

Job Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned logistics accounts Those responsibilities would include accepting and arranging loads customer communication and overall account success Also responsible for meeting internal and customer KPIs and securing new business opportunities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains client relationships and understands the clients businessindustryWorks closely with sales to onboard and develop clientsDemonstrate ability to quote and negotiate new business with existing clients directly and utilizing spot boardsLoad building and updatingClient appointment scheduling via TMS web portalsTracks and traces loadsQuarterly andor yearly business reviews depending on client needsAssists with Accounts Receivables; maintain payment termsMaintains a clear understanding of growth potential total spend and volume vs Hogan wallet shareWork in team environment and support team membersOther duties as determined by managementRequirements Bachelors degree preferred3 5 years experience required 3PL logistics transportation experience preferredProficient in Microsoft products including Word Excel Outlook TeamsTMS or McLeod experience a plusStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and written
