Job Description :

This position is responsible for analyzing supply and logistics data in order to minimize network outage time/ and customer impacts and meet Customer SLA's/expectations for restoral/installation while managing costs. Must be able to maintain a sense of urgency and prioritization, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where priorities are critical.

Essential Duties:

  • Order Management responsibilities to include order processing, logistics coordination and tracking, as well as validation of proof of delivery of equipment.
  • Initiate return material authorization (RMA) with vendors per requirements.
  • Follow up with Vendor to ensure timely repair/replenishment of repaired equipment. Tracks, reports and escalates as required.
  • Vendor Contract Management and Compliance reporting to include RMA/Warranty and Entitlement Management Repairs.
  • End to End Lifecycle and Asset Management Functions for Inventory and Orders in support of the Critical Spares, Logistics and CPE Programs
  • Inventory Planning/Control, Forecasting, Staging and Procurement for Critical Spares and CPE
  • Completes tasks in support of Inventory Control, Spares Analytics, Trending and Reporting of Logistics Center of Excellence Programs to ensure inventory accuracy/availability, process compliance and attainment of SLA's.
  • Responsible for status tracking, updating and reporting to management and peers.

Skillset Required:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience pulling data from SQL database
  • Experience with SAP/ERP
  • Organizational, Customer Service, and Teamwork skills
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical attitude
