It's time to cooperate, co-create and collaborate.Role TypePermanentYour role in a nutshell:Our beauty and purpose-driven company is growing its multichannel strategy, customer base and product portfolio, and we have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our team as a Entry level Supply Chain Analyst. The primary responsibilities consist of assisting Senior Supply Chain Analyst in inventory management, logistics and data management duties. Main responsibilities include but not limited to, inventory management, logistics plan, support to customer service, Supply Chain reporting and data product management. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required.More about the role:Main responsabilities:
  • Maintain Inventory Management and logistics for Ecommerce, Wholesale, Retail & Direct Selling;
  • Oversee the local life cycle of a product, including internal allotment, release, final clearance of resources and destruction standards;
  • Manage data and files for inbounds, item master, international portfolio database, phase in/outs, and internal trackers;
  • Proactively establish initiatives to provide seamless best in class customer service;
  • Be a point of contact for the 3PL for orders, stock, sku questions and problem solving;
  • Support project of transitioning operations to ERP system;
  • Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members;
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Undergraduation course or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Logistic or equivalent;
  • Availability to come to the office when needed;
