THE ROLE:
As Freight Pay & Audit Contractor you will be a key member of the Global Logistics organization. An ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic and initiative-taking individual who has a strong bias for action and is detail and process oriented with a strong Logistics mindset.
THE PERSON
This Individual will have demonstrated ability and a history of successful Logistics billing experience, strong knowledge of Global Logistics, and the ability to communicate effectively within the Freight Pay and Global Logistics team and Freight Pay vendors.
Critical to our success, the individual can proactively perform cross regional tactical/transactional and analytical functions for freight pay and audit, working closely with the regional owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End to end cross regional function of freight pay & audit activities to include tactical and transactional duties.
Support the Global Logistics Freight Pay team with ad hoc and ongoing data analytical needs to build, generate, and run key reports as needed.
Work closely with the regional owners and subject matter experts to help support all billing activities working with the freight pay vendor(s) and carriers to ensure accurate and timely payments to assigned carriers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge of Global Logistics, highly detail oriented with bias for action.

• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and keep track of activities.
• Ability to solve complex issues, in-region and remotely to other regional teams on a centralized global support model.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to summarize complex, detailed data.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with a solid understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel and other external applications.
