Senior Logistics Analyst - COMNAVAIRLANT Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full-Time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local Overview: The Moore Group is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under our NFL II contract at COMNAVAIRLANT, Norfolk, VA. In this role, you will collect, process, and analyze maintenance data to extract valuable insights that support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide input and feedback regarding the correlation between OOMA, OIMA functionality, and NAMP policy. Ensure that OOMA and OIMA code development aligns with the policy as outlined in the instruction. Offer hands-on support to individual squadrons with connectivity issues related to Smart Aircraft Ground Stations (e.g., FAME, IMDS, Cameo). Work closely with NAVAIR Program offices and NIWC Atlantic to provide training and proper PEMA (Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid) management. Foster a collaborative partnership between squadron AZ departments and ship ADP departments. Serve as a liaison with O-level OOMA units and entities such as Boeing, NAVAIR, NIWC, Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs), and other supporting activities to address and resolve fleet-identified concerns. Once resolved, provide guidance and training to other units. Use in-house OOMA/OIMA systems to replicate and troubleshoot fleet-wide issues. When possible, identify policy/OOMA code updates or workarounds and share findings with NIWC, CNAP, and the Fleet. Provide input on database applicability and processes to government entities involved in the development of the Naval Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (NMRO) system. Required Qualifications: Active DoD Secret security clearance. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related business discipline, with a minimum of eight years of experience in Navy logistics and Navy AIS management. Alternatively, eight years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management, and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs can substitute for education. This experience must be in addition to the minimum required experience for the position. Strong familiarity with Navy Aviation supply, maintenance relationships, and organizational management databases. Excellent verbal skills to clearly convey analysis results and recommendations. Experience with NALCOMIS, OIMA, IMA, and DECKPLATE. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Former E7 or above Navy Aviation Maintenance Administration (AZ) with Squadron and/or I-Level background is highly desirable. Experience with Tableau.
