Job Summary:
Anita Ko seeks a full-time in-person Office and Logistics Assistant to manage daily office operations and support the logistics/customer service department. This role involves overseeing office administration, enhancing employee experience, and assisting with e-commerce fulfillment and shipments. Responsibilities:
- Oversee office activities, including maintenance and vendor visits. Coordinate with other assistants and delegate tasks for timely event completion
- Manage and maintain office, and shipping supplies. Ensure all departments are consistently stocked in collaboration with team leaders
- Assist with e-commerce fulfillment, working with the Logistics Director to enhance customer experiences and provide support to the team
- Handle customer service tasks such as order repairs, client communication, and act as a secondary checkpoint for e-commerce fulfillment
- Collaborate with team leaders on resource allocation and workflow efficiency, identifying and addressing inefficiencies to improve operations
- Perform errands including mail collection, shipping/receiving, and lunch orders
- Oversee packing and shipping of outbound packages, ensuring adherence to security and quality standards
- Serve as the primary contact for site visitors, guests, and external vendors, and manage office phone calls
- Assist in the planning and organization of events and meetings
- Open office daily
