JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clientsWe are currently hiring for Logistics Associates in Hebron, Kentucky with one of our clients!Hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - FridayPay: $16.00 per hourAbout the Role:Are you ready to jumpstart your career in logistics? As a Logistics Associate at JobsRUs.com, you will be a vital part of our client's warehouse operationsThis dynamic role involves a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:• Shipping: Box making, order induction, billing, void fill and packing, LTL sorting, loading.• Receiving: Manual unloading.• Value-Added Services: Kitting, labeling, postponement.• Facilities Maintenance: General upkeep, trash removal using pallet-jack, sit-down forklift.• Assembly Line: Kitting/production, display build, box builder, line loader, cart loader/unloader.• Housekeeping: Detrashing pallets, emptying bins, and maintaining a clean work area.• Miscellaneous: Weight out of tolerance, taper line, replenishing supplies, and more!What We're Looking For:• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.• A team player with a keen eye for detail.• Physically capable of performing tasks requiring reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.• Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.• Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.• High school diploma or GED required.• Little to no experience necessary—we provide training!Why Join Us?• Competitive pay• Steady hours• Opportunity for growth• A supportive and dynamic work environmentReady to take the next step in your career?
