Responsibilities and Duties- Implement warehouse planning solutions- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of inventory stock locations and implement audit programs to ensure accuracy- Maintain the Materials Issued Log and ensure the correct distribution of components to production- Locate packing slips, verify the deliveries, and submit the packing slips after retrieving them- Monitor low inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock items- Label the part numbers of the products and place them in their final locations for use- Stock received items to bulk stock- Notify the purchasing department about any items that are obsolete, missing, or approaching out-of-stock quantities- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of tool room supplies- Maintain calibration intervals of tools and equipment- Maintain a record of tools and equipment available for distribution and track who has signed them out- Monitor and manage tool and equipment repairs, including minor fixes- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations when receiving and requisitioning items, including MSDS verification and management of surplus MRO materials- Inspect toolroom equipment for proper functioning and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel- May require up to 25% of domestic and international travel- Other duties as assigned Education/Experience:- GED or High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a warehouse clerk (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Required Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proactive delivery of communication and follow up- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints- Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS O! ! ffice Suite PR: $28 - $32We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceThe Logistics Clerk is responsible for overseeing and actively participating in all aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing of products, inventory, and fixed assets. The role is also responsible for maintaining detailed records of all receiving and inventory control activities, and preparing reports to support Test and Evaluation Programs. In addition to this, they ensure that all safety protocols are followed and report quality metrics to other members of the Test and Evaluation Programs.
