Job Description :

We are now hiring for a fulltime Logistics Clerk. Bilingual Spanish Speaking is preferred.

Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Must be able to work additional hours as needed.

Will be responsible for:

* Scheduling inbound deliveries

* Data entry of payroll, and pulling reports

* Handle load building, dispatching loads, and other invoice responsibilities

* Update spreadsheets

* Schedule broken pallet pick-ups

* Handle customer requests

* Schedule appointments in Dock Scheduler system

* Arrange returns from vendors

* Coordinate UPS and FED Ex inbound and outbound deliveries

* Operate as warehouse back up for various positions

* Review time punches and missing time

Requirements:

* High School diploma

* Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred

* Proficiency with MS Office Systems

* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
