Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Monitor and manage shipments by overseeing the drayage process, ensuring the efficient movement of inbound containers from ports or rail ramps to distribution centers and customer warehouses. Maintain and manage relationshipswith drayage carriers, shipping lines, truckers, freight receivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Share daily container delivery schedules with drayage carriers and distribution centers, coordinating timely and efficient service. Monitor account issues, communicate with management, and implement solutions, documenting corrective actions and improvement plans. Approve invoices from suppliers to be sent to the AP team.
Responsibilities

+ Share daily container delivery schedules with drayage carriers and distribution centers.
+ Coordinate timely and efficient service.
+ Monitor account issues, communicate with management, and implement solutions.
+ Document corrective actions and improvement plans.
+ Approve invoices from suppliers for the AP team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 2 years of logistics experience
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Strong Excel experience
+ Experience with SAP required
+ Strong communication skills
Work Environment
Work in a team of five, with three coordinators assigned by region. Enjoy a hybrid schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays.
