Logistics Coordinator - NESCO Resource : Job Details

Looking to start your career in Supply Chain and Logistics? A local Biotech company is looking for aLogistics Coordinator to join their team! This would start as a 12-month contract with the possibility for extension and/or permanent hire.Role Details:

• Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hr
• Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm (100% onsite)
• 12-month contract!

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
  • Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience would be considered
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Experience with Oracle; preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Support day-to-day interaction/coordination with transportation suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory agencies
• Coordinator meetings with logistics suppliers
• Create shipping documents and coordinate shipments with carriers
• Assist with overseeing external manufacturing activity by communicating schedules and shipping plans
• Maintain accurate information databases, creating inventory reports and schedules
• Report metrics
